Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, our server and security tools automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit. We use this to keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and understand how the site is used.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We and our partners use them for:
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to understand which pages are popular and how visitors find us. Google may set cookies and process data as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
- Spam protection: our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which collects hardware and software information to check that you're a human.
- Affiliate tracking: when you click a link to Amazon, Amazon may place a cookie on your browser so it can attribute qualifying purchases to us. This is handled by Amazon under Amazon's Privacy Notice. We don't receive your personal or payment details from Amazon.
- Site functionality: WordPress may set cookies to remember comment details or logged-in sessions.
Your Choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work correctly without them.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- You can request a copy or deletion of personal information you've sent us by emailing info@myautofix.com.
